Bad news: nobody wants to sublet your shitty, overpriced UHouse apartment while you study abroad. Nobody cares that it’s furnished, or that it’s close to campus, or that the building has workout facilities. None of that bullshit matters because nobody wants to sublet it.
Maybe, if you really wanted somebody to sublet your apartment, you should lower the rent. But nooooooooooooo, that just isn’t possible! You just have to charge $1,200-per-month for 400 square feet, don't you?
But guess what? Literally nobody on the face of God’s green earth wants to sublet your apartment. Nobody cares that you’re studying abroad, or that you’re going to Europe to have the time of your life or whatever. We literally could not care less.
So best of luck with the subletting, champ. Nobody will take you up on that offer, so have fun eating that extra $1k a month. Hopefully the trip to Slovenia is worth it.
